Askhive
Help
How to ask, what happens to your files, and what to do when something breaks.

Ten answers
The questions firms and people ask most, answered plainly. If yours is not
here, the form at the foot of this page reaches a person.
- What does Askhive do? You ask a question in your own words and get a
report — sections you can act on, not a wall of chat. You can then talk to
the report to change it: shorter, deeper, plainer.
- Is it advice? No. It is an information tool. Where a question is
consequential the report says so on itself. Askhive Practice puts a
licensed professional between the engine and the client: nothing reaches
a client without that person's approval.
- Why does it ask me questions back? On a first ask, at most two —
the two whose answers change the report most. It says what it assumed
for the rest, and any assumption can be changed in one tap.
- Where is my data, and who sees it? In the United States, on
Supabase and Vercel. The engine provider sees the question and drafts the
report; nothing is used to train a model; nothing is sold. The full list
is the sub-processor list, and the
security fit sheet answers a firm's
questionnaire area by area.
- Can I delete my account? Yes, from Account → Delete account. It
deletes rather than deactivates, and it happens at once.
- How does a firm get started? Sign up at
askhive.app/practice, describe your practice in a
sentence, and follow the five steps on the quick view to a first delivery.
Most firms are done in about ten minutes; the card times it.
- What does Practice cost? $39 a seat a month, or $99 with white
label, with a 14-day trial that needs no card. Yearly plans are $390 and
$990 a seat. Consumer Pro is priced by the app stores.
- How does a client receive a report? As a passcode-protected link,
an email, a letterhead PDF, an editable Word file or a print version —
the professional chooses, and every format carries the firm's own name
and contact details.
- Something is broken. Where do I look?
askhive.app/status reports what is up right now,
measured from outside our own servers. If a report was wrong or harmful,
use Report a response on the report itself.
- Can a firm require two-step sign-in? Yes: Admin → Users →
Require two-step sign-in. A seat without an authenticator app is then
refused everything until it sets one up.
Ask a person

Weekends roll to Monday; there are no published support hours yet, and
this page will name them when there are. Tick the box if what you want is
an onboarding call for your firm.
Thank you — a person will reply within one US business day. You will get an acknowledgement by email in a moment.
That did not go through. Write to support@bridgeshorelabs.com instead.
Askhive Practice — for accountants, attorneys and advisers
Practice is the same engine with a professional in the middle of it. You
draft, review, edit and approve; the client gets a branded, passcode-protected
page and, if you choose, a letterhead PDF or a Word file. Nothing leaves
without your approval.
When something is wrong
If reports are failing or the app seems stuck, check
askhive.app/status. If a report was wrong or harmful,
use Report a response on the report itself; that goes straight to us
with the report attached.
Anything else: support@bridgeshorelabs.com, or the form above.
A real person reads both.
